SeglockTM, Hot tap and threadlock fittings
When welded to a pipeline, these split tees and fittings are designed to allow maintenance or expansion of the network to be carried out under pressure.
SeglockTM and Threadlock fittings have a stopping off facility within the outlet flange for the retention of a completion plug,

The standard SeglockTM and Threadlock and completion plugs seal the outlet flange of the tee/fitting to contain pressure when the work is complete. The tee/fitting is then capped off with a blind flange set. This provides a re-entry point for the future.
The standard SeglockTM plug with scarfed nipple is used when the pipeline is to be pigged. The coupon, cut from the pipeline, is welded to the nipple to provide a safe passage for the pig across the branch opening when installed into the tee fitting.
Completion Plugs on three way tees can be supplied with pigging bars if the main is pigged.
The SeglockTM guide bar (flow through) plug is used when expansion of the pipeline network is carried out and when the main pipeline is to be pigged. All work has to be carried out through a dedicated valve mounted onto the tee outlet flange.
Hot tap fittings do not have a stopping off facility in the outlet flange and work has to be carried out through a dedicated valve.
Design is based upon codes for pressure piping ASME B31.3, ASME B 31.4, ASME B 31.8 and customers own specifications when requested.

Leaflock & Threadlock Fittings
Designed to provide an off take connection onto an existing pipeline transmission system. This enables expansion of the pipeline network to allow extra equipment or new end users to be added to the system. A completion plug is supplied with the Leaflock locking off facility to allow process isolations.
Fittings are designed to ASME B31.4, ASME B31.8 and to customer’s specifications.
Compatible with T.D.Williamson, Inc. Shortstopp Drilling and plugging equipment.
