Machining and fabrication facilities
Teemans Limited is based in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, in the United Kingdom. The manufacturing facility is close to the U.K motorway network and the Humber Ports for ease of transport.
The workshop facilities include a recently added 800 sq M fabrication workshop with a 40T EOT crane with
5T auxiliary, which includes: -
A set of 12 x 1 (3650mm x 30mm) plate bending rolls
A further fabrication workshop of 600 sq M with 2 No 10T cranes which includes: -
3.5M x 6.5M bed CNC profiling machine
500T 12 (3650mm) Press brake
15mm x 3100mm guillotine
Welding Equipment includes: -
SMAW (MMA) GSAW (MIG), GTAW (TIG)
SMA (Submerged Arc Welding) Column & Boom
The heavy machining workshop area is 750 sq M with 35T craneage over the 10, 12 and 18 (3048mm to 5600mm) diameter vertical boring machines and the 60 (1524mm) table horizontal boring machine. |
